I had an excellent stay at a hotel in Chester. The rooms were immaculate, and the hotel itself was well-constructed, as we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. The hot breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, with a dedicated attendant keeping everything in order. However, what truly stood out was the incredibly pleasant and service-oriented staff. The hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were beautifully furnished. Despite being fully booked, we didn't hear any noise from other guests. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious and well-maintained by attentive staff. The location was convenient for our travels.

Nice hotel... good location
Front Desk employee told me that they could not print or give me my rate because I booked through an outside source...so I had no idea of the rate they actually charged me!!!! I actually had to call the outside source to have them call the desk to straighten it out!
